Email hello@japanmust.com. Please include your device type (iPhone or Android), app version, what you tried and any error message. Do not email sensitive photos, voice recordings or personal information unless necessary.
How does the five-day trial work?
The 120-hour trial begins with your first successful Text, Camera or Voice translation, not when you install the app. It gives access to all features. It does not automatically charge you when it ends.
What remains free?
Text translation, camera text recognition and translation, menu knowledge, Point & Ask, and ordinary text-to-speech remain free. Microphone translation requires Lifetime Premium after the trial.
Is Lifetime Premium a subscription?
No. Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase, with a US reference price of $6.99. Your app store displays the actual local price before payment. There is no automatic renewal.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app's purchase or premium screen and select Restore Purchases, using the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase. If access does not return, email support with your platform and approximate purchase date; do not send full payment details.
Does the app work offline?
Text recognition and translation use on-device technology after the necessary language resources are available. Some initial downloads may require internet. Voice recognition availability offline depends on the device, operating system, language and installed speech resources. Test voice functionality before traveling.
Why isn't camera or voice working?
Check camera or microphone permissions in your device settings, confirm the correct languages are selected and restart the app. For voice recognition, also check device speech settings and connectivity. For translation problems, ensure the required language resources have been downloaded.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Request refunds through the store where you purchased. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
